The cost of hiring a conference room or rooms at Edgecombe House is dependent on your requirements. The standard daily rate is R395.00 ex VAT, per person for a function which includes:
- Coffee, tea and muffins on arrival
- Mid-morning tea and snacks
- Buffet lunch with dessert
- Afternoon tea and biscuits
- Quantities of ice always available.
- White boards, flip charts, paper and pens.
- Safe parking.
- Wireless/LAN for the exclusive use of Delegates.
The hire of specialized equipment will be quoted on request.
