Cost and booking of Edgecombe House Conference Centre & Guest House
The cost of hiring a conference room or rooms at Edgecombe House is dependent on your requirements. The standard daily rate is R325.00
ex VAT, per person for a function which includes:
. Coffee, tea and muffins on arrival
. Mid-morning tea and snacks
. Buffet lunch with dessert
. Afternoon tea and biscuits
. Quantities of ice always available
. Standard conference equipment including overhead projectors, TV, video, white boards, flip charts and pens.
. Safe parking.
. Wireless/LAN for the exclusive use of delegates and Guest House visitors
The hire of specialized equipment will be quoted on request.
The entire Edgecombe House Conference Centre is available for exclusive hire.
Edgecombe Guest House has four available rooms, two with double beds and two having two single beds. All rooms have en suite bathrooms and are DSTV equipped. The guest house has an "honor" bar for the exclusive use of guests. Breakfast is provided.
The rate per person per night is R 620-00 ex VAT
Dinner R 160-00 ex VAT - no dinner available on Sunday evenings
Per person per night sharing R 580-00 ex VAT.
(Not including Sunday night for clients of Edgecombe House Conference Centre using the conference centre facilities on Monday.)
Edgecombe House Conference Centre & Guest House is a family concern and therefore versatile in every aspect, from the menu, (which is prepared in-house), to the costs. Our dedicated staff, participating in the centre's monthly profits, will go out of their way to accommodate you, the delegate and or Guest House guest, during your function / conference / stay with us.
